The master bedroom is its own private sanctuary on the top floor with a kitchenette, cosy reading nook, ensuite, TV, air conditioning and a walk in wardrobe. A beautiful king size 4 poster bed in the middle of the room takes pride of place. A choice of two balconies to enjoy the morning or afternoon sun.
The living area is light, bright and delightfully stylish alongside a modern, fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances flowing seamlessly to the outdoor area. Make use of the pool and cabana area for some unforgettable evenings spent with family and friends.
Marvell Lane is 30 minutes drive from Ballina Airport, 50 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport or just under 2 hours drive from Brisbane.

Guests have use of the entire space and are encouraged to make themselves at home in all areas.

We have a strict no party policy.
We live in a residential area and guests need to be respectful of noise and neighbours at all times, especially between 8pm and 8am.
