Camellia Cottage

Very central location, walk to shops, cafes & restaurants and only a 5 min walk to Byron’s beautiful Main Beach. Private undercover courtyard and a sunny backyard. Cosy semi-detached original cottage with one large queen bedroom and a kids bedroom. Polished floorboards throughout, toilet, bath & shower in main bathroom, toilet and shower in laundry plus a warm water outdoor shower for washing off the sand!

The space
This cottage is more of a destination targeted at a couple or small family getaway. We do not to take schoolies bookings or have parties at the house. Please know that we live in a community and respect one anothers’ space, privacy and noise restrictions. Our cottage is situated opposite a primary school and within walking distance to all the amazing restaurants, cafes and live music venues that Byron Bay is famous for.

Guest access
Quests have access to the whole of the semi-detached house including a fully fenced and private grassy backyard. There is room for you to park your car just outside the safe and sound gated courtyard.

Other things to note
The house accommodates 4 people maximum.

    The perfect getaway for your Byron Bay visit. Newly renovated with its own private entrance, Driftwood by The Beach is immaculately presented with a queen bed, quality linen, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, lounge area, wifi, AC and BBQ. Everything you need to enjoy your stay.

    Walking distance to beaches, boutiques and everything Byron Bay has to offer.

    The space
    You can choose to use the full kitchen, BBQ or take advantage of the many restaurants in Byron Bay.

    The lounge area leads to an undercover outdoor area, perfect for pre-dinner drinks or to catch the morning sun, listening to the sounds of the ocean while you relax on the daybed on the sun drenched deck.

    Walking distance to beaches, boutiques, restaurants and everything Byron Bay has to offer.

    A space is also available for you to work from home.

    An easy 5 minute walk through the beautiful Arakwal National Park to Tallow Beach or a 15-20 minute flat walk to boutiques, cafes and restaurants in the heart of Byron Bay.

    After a day at the beach, wash off under the newly installed outdoor shower.

    We are 30 minutes drive from Ballina Airport, 50 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport or just under 2 hours drive from Brisbane.

    Guests have access to the entire studio.

    Other things to note

    We live in a residential area and guests must be mindful of noise and disturbing neighbours at all times, especially between 8pm and 8am.
    Please ensure you park in front of the white gate at all times.

      Somerset@Byron is a beautifully designed townhouse just minutes from the heart of Byron Bay.

      The Space
      This freshly painted home has a renovated kitchen, bathrooms, new furnishings, flooring, carpet, beds and bedding. With new appliances including the TV, washing machine, dryer, microwave and fridge. Each bedroom and the living area has its own split system air conditioner. Downstairs is the well-equipped kitchen and living area, bathroom and one queen-sized bedroom with a built-in robe. This bedroom opens out to the newly renovated rear courtyard with brand new furnishings. The living room has 2 large comfy couches, beanbags and an 8-seater dining table. The newly renovated front deck can be accessed from the living room where you will find a family-sized Weber Q, 8-seater table and chairs plus a comfy wicker couch and 2 wicker chairs. On the first floor is a queen-sized bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe. This bedroom opens out to a north-facing balcony where you can sit and enjoy some quiet time. Also on the first floor is the second bathroom together with the third bedroom which has a single bunk, a king single bunk and a built-in wardrobe. There is a lockable garage with roller door and a second parking space to the left of the townhouse.

      Guests have use of the entire townhouse and are encouraged to make themselves at home in all areas.
      Everything in it is for family and or friends to enjoy on holiday.

      Other things to note
      Any Schoolies bookings must request a copy of the Conditions of Letting for School Leavers, this needs to be agreed upon and completed prior to booking.
      All bookings are for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children only. NO bookings for 8 adults.
      No Pets.
      We do not accept bookings for hens or bucks events.
      We have a strict no party policy.
      We live in a residential area and guests need to be respectful of noise and neighbours at all times, especially between 8pm and 8am.

        Muster Beach House

        Muster Beach House…Muster family and friends together and soak up Byron Bay!

        This fabulous, new home was built specifically to holiday let. New modern appliances and beautifully styled, everything you need to feel at home on holidays. The perfect place to relax and enjoy Byron Bay.

        The space
        Start the day with a morning coffee at The General Store just a few minutes away or The Roadhouse a few minutes in the other direction.

        Muster Beach House has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen size bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, perfect for families. The main bathroom has a gorgeous large bath, the perfect place to relax after a hard day shopping, eating or enjoying the beach. Or wash the day off in the hot and cold outdoor shower.

        Located in a peaceful area. An easy flat walk into town or main beach and a 10 minute walk to the gorgeous Tallow Beach.

        The fabulous General Store is a 5 minute walk away where you can enjoy a beautiful breakfast or yummy lunch. Or choose The Farm for breakfast, lunch or dinner or visit the beautiful Byron hinterland where you could enjoy lunch at the renowned restaurant “Harvest Café” or visit Newrybar Merchants. For a special lunch or dinner venture a little further north and reserve a table at “Paper Daisy” restaurant at Cabarita Beach.
