Shivas@Byron is a fabulous two story townhouse close to the heart of Byron Bay. Minutes walk to Main Beach and all of the latest and greatest cafes, restaurants and boutiques.

The space
Shivas@Byron is a fabulous two story townhouse that accommodates 7 guests (maximun 6 adults). It has 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in-robe and ensuite. Bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has a tri bunk bed with a single bed on top and a double bed on the bottom, perfect for extra guests. The main bathroom has a gorgeous large bath, the perfect place to relax after a hard day shopping, eating or enjoying the beach. There is air-conditioning in the living area and the master bedroom. Ceiling fans can be found in bedrooms 2 and 3. Each bedroom has a balcony where you can sit and relax and enjoy the sea breeze. Step outside from the fully equipped kitchen to the beautiful Alfresco area where you can and enjoy a BBQ, breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off your day at the beach.

Located in a peaceful area. A short 5-10 minute flat walk to main beach or cut through the track with a 5 minute walk to take you to the centre of town.

If you prefer to eat out, there are so many fabulous places all within walking distance for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our Compendium Book is updated every 6 months to include all of these options. You can choose a short 5 minute drive to The Farm for breakfast, lunch or dinner or visit the beautiful Byron hinterland where you can enjoy lunch at the renowned restaurant “Harvest Café” or visit Newrybar Merchants. For a special lunch or dinner venture a little further north and reserve a table at “Paper Daisy” restaurant at Cabarita Beach.

Our property is 30 minutes drive from Ballina Airport, 50 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport or just under 2 hours drive from Brisbane.

Guest access
Guests have use of the entire townhouse and are encouraged to make themselves at home in all areas.
Everything in it is for family and or friends to enjoy on holiday.

Any Schoolies bookings must request a copy of the Conditions of Letting for School Leavers, this needs to be agreed upon and completed prior to booking.
Bookings are for a maximum of 6 adults and 1 child only. NO bookings for 7 adults.
No Pets.
We do not accept bookings for hens or bucks events.
We have a strict no party policy.
We live in a residential area and guests need to be respectful of noise and neighbours at all times, especially between 8pm and 8am.

    The space
    Marie and Fred’s Byron Bay Villa is in a quiet, residential area within walking distance to the eclectic Byron Bay town centre.

    The kitchen features a large island, quality appliances to create the perfect meals during your stay or take advantage of the fabulous restaurants in Byron Bay. The 3 bedrooms are a generous size, the private main bedroom with ensuite, large walk-in-robe and access to the outside. The 2 remaining bedrooms have built ins and share a stylish, modern bathroom.

    A split system air-conditioning unit is available in the living area with fans in each bedroom.

    A remote controlled, double garage is available for you to use.

    Visit the Cape Byron Lighthouse which is Australia’s most easterly lighthouse. The lighthouse is a short drive away or if you are feeling energetic walk along the beach and up the walking track to the lighthouse. Enjoy a short drive to “The Farm Byron Bay” for breakfast, lunch or dinner or visit the beautiful Byron hinterland where you could enjoy lunch at the renowned restaurant “Harvest Café” or visit Newrybar Merchants. For a special lunch or dinner venture a little further north and reserve a table at “Paper Daisy” restaurant at Cabarita Beach.

    If a total rest is what you need then there is no need for a car. You can organise the bus from Ballina Airport to drop you right at our door. Supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful beaches are just a short stroll away.

    There is free Wi-Fi at our property and the TV will give you access to Netflix. The TV sound bar will give you access to Spotify.

    Come and stay with us and explore this beautiful part of the world. You won’t be disappointed.

      Somerset@Byron is a beautifully designed townhouse just minutes from the heart of Byron Bay.

      The Space
      This freshly painted home has a renovated kitchen, bathrooms, new furnishings, flooring, carpet, beds and bedding. With new appliances including the TV, washing machine, dryer, microwave and fridge. Each bedroom and the living area has its own split system air conditioner. Downstairs is the well-equipped kitchen and living area, bathroom and one queen-sized bedroom with a built-in robe. This bedroom opens out to the newly renovated rear courtyard with brand new furnishings. The living room has 2 large comfy couches, beanbags and an 8-seater dining table. The newly renovated front deck can be accessed from the living room where you will find a family-sized Weber Q, 8-seater table and chairs plus a comfy wicker couch and 2 wicker chairs. On the first floor is a queen-sized bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe. This bedroom opens out to a north-facing balcony where you can sit and enjoy some quiet time. Also on the first floor is the second bathroom together with the third bedroom which has a single bunk, a king single bunk and a built-in wardrobe. There is a lockable garage with roller door and a second parking space to the left of the townhouse.

            ABASEA is a gorgeous, original Byron Bay 1950’s cottage that has been beautifully modernised. Within a short walk to the ever popular General Store, the centre of Byron town and our fabulous iconic beaches. Revamped and stylishly furnished with the beach house vibe.

            The space
            Chill out and enjoy the morning sun while you watch the world go by. The large backyard faces west and lends itself to lazy afternoons watching the sun go down. In the cooler months, take advantage of the fabulous fire pit, perfectly positioned in the backyard.

            The house comprises of 3 generous bedrooms, 2 x queen beds and 1 bedroom with a set of 2 single beds, ideal for families and friends. All perfectly located within walking distance to town, cafes, restaurants and of course Byron’s beaches.

            Make use of the gas BBQ & fire pit for some unforgettable evenings spent with family and friends.
