Escape to this amazing part of the world with family or friends and soak up everything this unique holiday home has to offer. Stroll along the white sands or take a dip in the beautiful blue ocean.

Located in a private gated estate right on the beachfront at Suffolk Park.

The space

Gather around the large dining table and enjoy a meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen while savouring the ocean breeze and water views through the open balcony doors.

After a day of sun and surf, wash off in the outdoor shower and relax in the lounge room or linger on the outdoor terrace to watch the sun set while enjoying an evening barbecue. A second fridge in the laundry is perfect for those holiday extras!

The main section of the house includes 2 bedrooms – bedroom one with king single beds and bedroom 2 with a king bed – both rooms have AC and ceiling fans.

A separate pavilion contains 2 bedrooms – bedroom one has a king bed with AC, a ceiling fan, free to air TV and a balcony that joins the main part of the house. The second bedroom has a king bed or 2 single beds with AC, ceiling fan, free to air TV and a balcony facing west. And beautiful bathroom to share between the two pavilion bedrooms.

We just need to let you know before you book, this home is for families and well-behaved guests aged over 25 years only. that will respect he peace and privacy of your neighbours.

Our preference is for family bookings with a maximum of 6 adult guests or 8 guests including children.

Tuckeroo Beach House is within a private gated estate that shares its beautiful location with other homes that are both holiday rentals and permanent residents. Your understanding will be appreciated.

Tuckeroo Beach House is 30 minutes drive from Ballina Airport, 50 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport or just under 2 hours drive from Brisbane. If you require a transfer please let us know and we will organise this for you.

Seasons Guide
Byron Bay’s mild, temperate climate and year round events calendar make it a perfect place to holiday year round. We have included a quick summary of the seasons below and some of our favourite things to do:

Spring (Sep – Nov)
Spring in Byron Bay is a premium time to visit with smaller crowds and the days growing longer and warmer. This time of year also has the lowest average rainfall, making it a great pre-summer break. The water at this time is warming up and wetsuits begin to peel off.

Summer (Dec – Feb)
Although this period has the hottest days (average around 27 ºC), the evenings often have showers, cooling the temperature down. The ocean is warm and perfect for days on the beach, but don’t forget your sunscreen and hat, as sunburn is common. The hottest time of year in Byron Bay is also the busiest, coinciding with school holidays.

Autumn in Byron Bay (Mar-May)
Average temperatures in Byron Bay stay warm (in the mid-20’s) right up to the onset of Winter. The water is still warm though and the end of daylight saving also means warmer mornings. The crowds thin as school begins and the drop in heat makes it easier to stay longer on the beach. The famous Byron Blues festival is a key date for the calendar this time of year.

Winter (Jun – Aug)
The coldest month in Byron Bay is July where the average daily maximum is 19.4 ºC and the minimum 11.7 ºC. Surfers will need a wetsuit, but the water is clear and the skies are generally cloud free and perfect for warming yourself in the sun. This is a great time to channel your inner Yogi at a retreat, explore the Hinterland or watch the whales pass through on their migration.

Located just minutes walk from Tallow Beach, with 6 bedrooms and 3 gorgeous bathrooms, this designer beach pad sleeps up to 12 people. The beachy vibe will make you feel like you are on holidays from the moment you arrive!

    The space
    Located in a quiet street, just 4 minutes drive from the centre of Byron, guests are close to the action without being ‘in the action’. This beautiful home has many varied spaces suitable for casual entertaining and also has great spaces for kids.

    The main living area is light, bright and delightfully stylish. There is plenty of space for everyone with large entertaining and living areas alongside a modern, fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances. The beautifully crafted timber servery hatch and french doors lead through to an amazing sheltered deck where you can relax and unwind in our Byron Bay hanging chair with the sea breeze behind you to keep you cool. Make use of the gas BBQ & fire pit for some unforgettable evenings spent with family and friends.

    Downstairs, the double garage has been converted to a huge rumpus room with games, toys and lots of indoor space for the kids. We provide bikes, surfboards and more so that you can make the most of the natural beauty surrounding the property and some incredible memories. Guests have use of the entire space and are encouraged to make themselves at home in all areas.

      The lounge area leads to an undercover outdoor area, perfect for pre-dinner drinks or to catch the morning sun, listening to the sounds of the ocean while you relax on the daybed on the sun drenched deck.

      Walking distance to beaches, boutiques, restaurants and everything Byron Bay has to offer.

      A space is also available for you to work from home.

      An easy 5 minute walk through the beautiful Arakwal National Park to Tallow Beach or a 15-20 minute flat walk to boutiques, cafes and restaurants in the heart of Byron Bay.

          Shivas@Byron is a fabulous two story townhouse close to the heart of Byron Bay. Minutes walk to Main Beach and all of the latest and greatest cafes, restaurants and boutiques.

          The space
          Shivas@Byron is a fabulous two story townhouse that accommodates 7 guests (maximun 6 adults). It has 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in-robe and ensuite. Bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has a tri bunk bed with a single bed on top and a double bed on the bottom, perfect for extra guests. The main bathroom has a gorgeous large bath, the perfect place to relax after a hard day shopping, eating or enjoying the beach. There is air-conditioning in the living area and the master bedroom. Ceiling fans can be found in bedrooms 2 and 3. Each bedroom has a balcony where you can sit and relax and enjoy the sea breeze. Step outside from the fully equipped kitchen to the beautiful Alfresco area where you can and enjoy a BBQ, breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off your day at the beach.

          Located in a peaceful area. A short 5-10 minute flat walk to main beach or cut through the track with a 5 minute walk to take you to the centre of town.

          If you prefer to eat out, there are so many fabulous places all within walking distance for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our Compendium Book is updated every 6 months to include all of these options. You can choose a short 5 minute drive to The Farm for breakfast, lunch or dinner or visit the beautiful Byron hinterland where you can enjoy lunch at the renowned restaurant “Harvest Café” or visit Newrybar Merchants. For a special lunch or dinner venture a little further north and reserve a table at “Paper Daisy” restaurant at Cabarita Beach.

The 3 bedrooms are a generous size, the private main bedroom with ensuite, large walk-in-robe and access to the outside. The 2 remaining bedrooms have built ins and share a stylish, modern bathroom.

            A split system air-conditioning unit is available in the living area with fans in each bedroom.

            A remote controlled, double garage is available for you to use.

            Visit the Cape Byron Lighthouse which is Australia’s most easterly lighthouse. The lighthouse is a short drive away or if you are feeling energetic walk along the beach and up the walking track to the lighthouse. Enjoy a short drive to “The Farm Byron Bay” for breakfast, lunch or dinner or visit the beautiful Byron hinterland where you could enjoy lunch at the renowned restaurant “Harvest Café” or visit Newrybar Merchants. For a special lunch or dinner venture a little further north and reserve a table at “Paper Daisy” restaurant at Cabarita Beach.

            If a total rest is what you need then there is no need for a car. You can organise the bus from Ballina Airport to drop you right at our door. Supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful beaches are just a short stroll away.

            There is free Wi-Fi at our property and the TV will give you access to Netflix. The TV sound bar will give you access to Spotify.

              Somerset@Byron is a beautifully designed townhouse just minutes from the heart of Byron Bay.

              The Space
              This freshly painted home has a renovated kitchen, bathrooms, new furnishings, flooring, carpet, beds and bedding. With new appliances including the TV, washing machine, dryer, microwave and fridge. Each bedroom and the living area has its own split system air conditioner. Downstairs is the well-equipped kitchen and living area, bathroom and one queen-sized bedroom with a built-in robe.
