The space
Marie and Fred’s Byron Bay Villa is in a quiet, residential area within walking distance to the eclectic Byron Bay town centre.
The kitchen features a large island, quality appliances to create the perfect meals during your stay or take advantage of the fabulous restaurants in Byron Bay. The 3 bedrooms are a generous size, the private main bedroom with ensuite, large walk-in-robe and access to the outside. The 2 remaining bedrooms have built ins and share a stylish, modern bathroom.
A split system air-conditioning unit is available in the living area with fans in each bedroom.
A remote controlled, double garage is available for you to use.
Visit the Cape Byron Lighthouse which is Australia’s most easterly lighthouse. The lighthouse is a short drive away or if you are feeling energetic walk along the beach and up the walking track to the lighthouse. Enjoy a short drive to “The Farm Byron Bay” for breakfast, lunch or dinner or visit the beautiful Byron hinterland where you could enjoy lunch at the renowned restaurant “Harvest Café” or visit Newrybar Merchants. For a special lunch or dinner venture a little further north and reserve a table at “Paper Daisy” restaurant at Cabarita Beach.
If a total rest is what you need then there is no need for a car. You can organise the bus from Ballina Airport to drop you right at our door. Supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful beaches are just a short stroll away.
There is free Wi-Fi at our property and the TV will give you access to Netflix. The TV sound bar will give you access to Spotify.

My group and I had a really loving time! The house was perfect with it’s layout and amenities such as the kitchen and pool. It’s about a 20 min walk to town, which was hard at times but we rented bikes or got an Uber when needed. The house was great and exceeded our expectations. It was a great size and allowed for 6 people to live together, very comfortably. The beds were extremely comfortable, as were the pillows which was amazing. I will note that we weren’t provided with enough toilet paper and the top dishwasher handle didn’t work when we arrived. This didn’t cause issues though as we just bought more toilet paper and used the bottom dishwasher! The thoughtful touch of providing pool towels was really great and we could definitely recommend this house for your trip to Byron! Meg made it all so easy, even when a set of the keys fell out in an Uber and she returned them to us. She was a dream host and can’t thank her enough
